In La Pasta e La Pizza Restaurant, our guests can find pasta and pizza varieties integrated with Italy. We prepare our fresh pasta with traditional Italian recipes. With a tradition of two centuries, Gragnano style pasta is prepared by rolling the best wheat in bronze and drying it at slow and low heat.
Our pastas are served undercooked, “al dente” just like in Italy… In this way, when the pasta is cooked, it has pores to absorb the sauce better. The nutritional value and taste are preserved… When it comes to pizza, Eataly has always adhered to the traditional Neapolitan technique. The edge should be long and soft, the dough should be left to rise for at least 24 hours, the pizza should be cooked in traditional wood ovens at a maximum temperature of 350°, and the ingredients should display the abundance of the Mediterranean.
At La Pizza Restaurant, guests can watch the traditional Neapolitan pizza being prepared in front of their eyes by trained pizza masters, while eating their pizzas prepared with both special products from Italy and the freshest ingredients of Turkey.
