  1. Participation Age and Information:

    • Workshops are intended for participants aged 18 and above (except for children's workshops).
    • Programs are held with a minimum of 4 participants.
    • Tickets are single-person tickets, and only one person can work at each station.

  2. Ticket and Cancellation Policy:

    • No refunds or changes are allowed for tickets.
    • Before the workshop starts, ticket and participant name/age checks will be carried out.
    • Eataly reserves the right to cancel the event and refund the participants if deemed necessary.

  3. Workshop Certificate and Content:

    • All workshop participants will receive a digital "Eataly Workshop Participation Certificate".
    • Eataly reserves the right to change the content and date of events if necessary.

  4. Food Waste and Storage:

    • To prevent food waste, it is recommended to bring storage containers with you. This way, you can take the extra food home and share it with your loved ones.

  5. Workshop Content:

    • Workshops held at Eataly are not professional training programs. These events are for hobby and entertainment purposes and may include theoretical information shared by the workshop leader based on the type of event.
