  • Tickets are sold online only.

  • Workshops (excluding kids’ workshops) are intended for participants aged 18 and over.

  • Our programs require a minimum of 4 participants to take place.

  • Each ticket is valid for one person, and only one person is allowed at each cooking station.

  • No refunds or changes can be made after ticket purchase.

  • Before the workshop begins, tickets and participant information (name/age) will be checked.

  • A personalized digital "Eataly Workshop Participation Certificate" is provided at the end of each workshop.

  • Eataly reserves the right to cancel the event and refund participants if deemed necessary.

  • Eataly also reserves the right to change the event content or date if needed.

  • To reduce food waste, you are encouraged to bring your own containers to take home any extra food you prepare and share it with loved ones.

  • Workshops held at Eataly do not fall under professional culinary education. They are designed for recreational and hobby purposes, and depending on the type of event, theoretical insights may be shared by the workshop chef.
